Interlibrary Loan Assistant Lewisburg, PA
Bucknell University seeks to hire an Interlibrary Loan Assistant who will oversee lending/document delivery services including RapidILL and the Copyright Clearance Center’s “Get It Now.” The Interlibrary Loan Assistant will work with one part-time staff member and a team of students to ensure the timely and successful completion of requests, and personally work on fulfilling requests from Bucknell students, faculty, and staff for books, journal articles, and other research materials. This is a full-time (40hr/week), benefits-eligible position with a Sunday-Thursday work week. This is a one-year position subject to renewal dependent on an assessment of campus needs.

While the majority of custodians’ work is inside buildings, sometimes work might involve some outside work, like setting up for a Bucknell event. Facilities Office Assistant Lewisburg, PA
The Facilities Department front office is looking to add a detail-oriented, team player with a positive attitude to their team. The position requires someone who is capable of independently resolving routine problems. We need a people-person capable of being the main point of contact for the Facilities Office handling phones, greeting visitors, and communicating with staff of all levels of the campus community, external customers, and vendors. Additional duties will include processing and escalating work orders and generating associated reports, preparing various administrative reports, assisting in the administration of the university key control program, and addressing numerous other support related responsibilities. This position also has responsibility for invoicing for goods and services and managing the internal cost capture process.
