Laboratory & Instructional Specialist, Computer Science Lewisburg, PA
The Laboratory & Instructional Specialist supports learning and instruction in computer science courses and laboratories. They teach instructional labs and support student projects, may instruct introductory courses, and provide expertise across a broad swath of knowledge related to computer science. The position supports activities and teaching needs across multiple departments and is expected to work collaboratively with Engineering Computing Systems Technology (ECST) and across the College of Engineering, the College of Arts & Sciences Division of Natural Sciences & Mathematics, and College of Management. This position reports to the Chair of the Computer Science Department. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position, scheduled during the academic year for 10 months, to begin prior to instruction of the Spring 2023 semester.
