The Department of Chemistry at Bucknell University invites applications for a one-year faculty position at the rank of Visiting Assistant Professor to begin August 1, 2021. Teaching responsibilities include general chemistry (including laboratory sections) and other introductory courses in the candidate’s area of expertise. The successful candidate may also have the opportunity to teach an advanced seminar course. Teaching load is six courses for the academic year (three per semester). A Ph.D. or ABD in chemistry or a related field is required. Supervision of undergraduate research is welcomed.
