The Department of Geography at Bucknell University invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor position to begin August 2020. We seek a broadly-trained human geographer able to contribute three courses per semester in economic geography, critical development studies, introductory human geography, and/or health geographies. Applicants should have specialization(s) in the global south, uneven development, globalization, human dimensions of environmental change, or related topics. Candidates should have a PhD degree in Geography by the start of the appointment, though advanced ABD status will be considered.
