University Advancement at Bucknell University seeks to hire an Annual Giving Officer (AGO). The role of the AGO is to secure annual unrestricted and designated funds through the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of alumni, parents, and friends. The AGO is dedicated to maximizing annual gifts and identifying potential leadership donors through frequent, required travel to conduct personal solicitations and build relationships with individual donors.
The successful candidate will be hired into the Annual Giving or Senior Annual Giving Officer role following review of their skills and experience against the minimum qualifications for the positions.
This full-time, benefits-eligible position is based in Lewisburg, PA.
Facilities Office Assistant

The Facilities Department front office is looking to add a detail-oriented, team player with a positive attitude to their 3-part team. The position requires someone who is capable of independently resolving routine problems. We need a people-person capable of being the main point of contact for the Facilities Office handling phones, greeting visitors, and communicating with staff of all levels of the campus community, external customers, and vendors. Additional duties will include processing and escalating work orders and generating associated reports, tracking and scheduling training sessions, preparing various administrative reports, assisting in the administration of the university key control program, and addressing numerous other support-related responsibilities.
This full-time, 12 month, benefits eligible position reports directly to the Director of Business Operations, Facilities.
